shipping + handling

we offer worldwide shipping. resono shipments are made from Europe (Estonia).

dispatching and delivery options

orders are dispatched in accordance with the availability or production time for goods marked "made to order". for goods marked as "sold out, backorder avalable" dispatching time is 5-10 days. products in stock are dispatched within 1-2 business days of receiving an order.

if we have a sale or promotion, our turnaround time during these periods can be up to 4 business days.

we offer two delivery options: standard delivery through national post office service and express shipping through dhl (courier).

standard delivery

it takes about 7-14 days after dispatching to deliver your parcel to most destinations in europe and up to 3 weeks in other countries.

worldwide flat-rate shipping rates for standard delivery method is 14.90EUR 

express delivery

worldwide delivery within 1-2 business days.

worldwide flat-rate shipping price for express delivery is 29.90eur

taxes and duties

taxes and duties will not be added to the price of orders delivered to european union countries.

orders to usa

shipments to usa will be shipped ddu (delivery duties unpaid) which means they may be subject to custom fees, import fees and taxes, these are the sole responsibility of the client and will not be reimbursed by resono.

at the same time, the price for US customers will not include european tax (net price) and there will be no double taxation.

orders to other countries

shipments to other countries will be shipped ddu (delivery duties unpaid) which means they may be subject to custom fees, import fees and taxes, these are the sole responsibility of the client and will not be reimbursed by resono

at the same time, the price for customers from these countries  will not include european tax (tehere will be netto price)  and there will be no double taxation

we don't deliver to p.o. boxes. please provide a physical address at checkout to avoid a delay in delivery.

 

tracking orders

when your order is shipped you will receive an dispatching confirmation email with a tracking number. please note it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be uploaded. if you don’t receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder. if you still have issues concerning your order please contact us using this email address reason@theresono.com

 

returns + exchanges

if we make a mistake with your order, or there are some other problems with an order through our fault we will refund your full purchase. please contact our support team - reason@theresono.com

theresono.com accepts exchanges and returns for unused and unworn goods. any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. all returned items must be in re-saleable condition (unworn, unwashed) with tags attached and the original packing slip/receipt. all sale items are final sale.

exchanges can be made for a new size or a new style/color (including fees for difference in cost). delivery to customers on a new style/size will be free. however, in case of return or exchange customers will be responsible for paying for the return shipping. exchanges and returns can be made within 30 days after receiving the item.

damaged items or missing package

if you find that an item you have purchased online is damaged or your item did not reach you within in the time allotted for delivery plus 3 days please don’t hesitate to get in touch - reason@theresono.com

cancelling orders

to cancel an order, please contact customer service at reason@theresono.com. once the order is processed and reached the distribution center, cancellations will not be possible. but you always can return the items within 30 days after delivery.
